I would like to present to the world my latest creation: a cartoon illustration of the saying "too busy mopping the floor to turn off the faucet".

The above image was made in February of 2026 with Gemini, Google's generative A.I., and then traced to produce an SVG using InkScape. The prompt was just asking for an illustration of the concept, so the composition and the style were chosen by Gemini. As you can see, it is fairly decent, but one could perhaps say that it lacks character.

Then on May of the same year I decided to try again, this time guiding Gemini with a specific style.

So, I asked Gemini to re-create the cartoon in the style of "The Far Side" by Gary Larson.

The result was spectacular:

This image was complete with Larson's signature, which I removed, of course. (People should go to jail for that.)
